You can choose between two single beds or a double bed (queen size). Enjoy your breakfast or a drink on your private balcony overlooking the sea and the picturesque church of Agia Pelagia, the headland of Cape Maleas or the hotel courtyard.

2.Studios with Accessibility25- 30sqm for 1-2 persons
Filoxenia Apartments offers 2 studios designed in simple lines and suitable for people with disabilities. On the ground floor with partial sea view you can choose between two single beds or a double bed (queen size). The bathrooms are equipped with barriers and folding chairs. Guests have access to all common areas.

3.Junior Suites 30-40sqm for up to 4 persons (2 adults and up to 2 children)
The ideal solution for couples looking for plenty of space and comfort, as well as for families of up to four people. Some of them have two separate rooms. Bedroom with two single beds or a double bed (queen size) and living room with comfortable sofa bed where a third person can sleep. The fourth person, usually a child, can be accommodated in an extra bed. Others consist of a living/bedroom, a room with the living area and can accommodate up to three people. Their private balcony overlooks either the sea, the pool, the hotel's atrium or the mountains.

4. The Elegant Superior Suites 30-40sqm for 1-2 people
The Elegant Superior Suite has its own exclusive design. In a large single room or two separate rooms there is a more elegant living area and a large bedroom. Its feature is the large veranda overlooking the sea and the headland of Cape Maleas. From this veranda the sunrise is breathtaking as the sun rises behind the cape. Leave the stress behind while enjoying a glass of wine or a snack on your private veranda, keeping your eyes on the ships passing between Kythera and Peloponnese.

5. Suite apartments with 70 sq.m. can accommodate 4-5 people, families or friendly couples.
It is designed on one level. It has 2 separate bedrooms, one with a double bed (queen size), the second with two single beds. Between the two bedrooms is the living room with a comfortable sofa bed for a fifth person. It has a bathroom. Air conditioning units are installed in the bedrooms. The balconies of the private apartment offer views of the sea and the mountains.

6. The maisonette with 80 sq.m., for 4 people, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms +extra living room, 2 balconies
The ideal solution for families who want a lot of space or friendly couples. The apartment is on two levels. The upper level consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed (queen size) and the second with two single beds. Between the two bedrooms there is a bathroom and an internal wooden revolving staircase that leads to the lower level where the living room is located. Here there is a comfortable sofa bed that can sleep a fifth person and the second bathroom. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. The apartment has two balconies, one on each level. The upper balcony offers partial sea views, while the lower balcony overlooks the traditional atrium.
