orto Koufo - the port of Kofos according to Thucydides - borders ancient Toroni, is located at the end of Sithonia and is the most natural port of the northern Aegean, giving the impression of a lake as it is almost enclosed and allows a passage to the Aegean Sea. It has not been many years since it was a small fishing village with few inhabitants and it has retained its beauty and special character.

The irrigation of the plants is done through the treatment plant (biological) which allows the use of the water after removing the pollutants, thus maintaining an attitude of respect and love towards the environment and nature, which has also always been our basic care.

The guesthouse has KNX technology in all rooms (ie there is a remote control and various automations), while each room/suite can also be managed from a central point to save energy. At the same time, all rooms are equipped with a presence detector for security in case of absence of guests, fire protection and electric security shutters and access to all rooms is via personal codes. All public areas have automatic lighting with motion detectors and a closed-circuit surveillance system (CC-TV). In addition, there is a large swimming pool (13 x 6 m) in the guest house.
