1. Playia Villas Studio - The Playia Studio for 1-3 people with sea view This comfortable studio is divided into 2 levels. It consists of a main area and a loft. The outdoor area consists of an integrated summer kitchen with the LPG grill, the marble sink and the work bench that offer ideal conditions to enjoy your stay outdoors under the stars. It is worth mentioning that the outdoor area of ??the dining and living room is covered with a specially designed pergola, so it can be used all year round and regardless of the weather conditions.
When you enter the studio you will find the main area with a king-size double bed and a small kitchenette with a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The internal staircase leads to the loft/attic (open small bedroom, a gallery) where the single bed is located. The beds have comfortable mattresses from a well-known manufacturer. In the main room there is a smart TV with internet access and more than 400 channels. The outdoor area consists of the private pool, the outdoor dining area with the LPG grill, the marble sink and the workbench, which create the ideal conditions to enjoy your stay and spend quality time. The pool is heated and the outdoor dining area is covered with a specially designed pergola, so that the use of the rooms is possible all year round and regardless of the weather conditions.
This maisonette extends over 2 levels in total. Upon entering the property we find the living room and to the right a fully equipped kitchen. On the same level there is a small toilet and the living room has a sliding glass door as a transition to the garden and pool. On the second floor you will find the two bedrooms as well as the main bathroom.
Both rooms have access to a shared balcony with an external lounge where you can enjoy your afternoon coffee or drink. In the living room and all bedrooms there are Smart TV televisions with internet access and more than 400 channels.
3. Playia Apartment I with 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms for up to 6 people
This apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, living room, dining room, fully functional kitchen, terrace and garden with private heated pool.
Outdoors there is the private pool, summer kitchen with outdoor gas grill with marble sink and work bench for ideal conditions to enjoy your stay and spend valuable time under the starry sky. The outdoor summer kitchen is covered with a specially designed pergola so that it can be used all year round and regardless of the weather conditions.
The interior
The apartment extends over 2 levels.
Upon entering the maisonette we find the living room and on the right a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet. To the left of the entrance is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, access and views of the pool.
On the second level you will find two more bedrooms and the main bathroom. Both rooms have access to a shared balcony where you can enjoy your afternoon coffee or drink as there is an external lounge.
All 3 bedrooms are equipped with quality mattresses from a well-known company, allowing the visitor to choose the softer or harder side of the mattress for absolute comfort.
In the living room and in all bedrooms there is Smart TV with internet access and more than 400 channels.
