The small Villa Pitsidia II has a bedroom with a large double bed and ensuite bathroom, as well as a living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. This includes: an electric stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment,
toaster, kettle and a dishwasher. In the living/dining area there is also a comfortable sofa bed,
which can accommodate another person if necessary. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are included in the price.
The villa was built and furnished with great attention to detail. The natural stone house was plastered inside with a decorative bump technique. Particular attention was also paid to the design of the garden. It is large and offers an unobstructed view of the Ida Mountains.
A swimming pool for exclusive use, with an olive tree in the middle, ensures refreshment and a relaxing atmosphere.
The house is in a quiet location, the village square of Pitsidia in the sunny south of Crete is within 10 minutes' walk. Musical events often take place there in the summer months. The 4 km long beach "Komos" is in the other direction and can be easily reached by car within 5 minutes.
