The Byzantine Suites have been created in the pre-existing vaulted parts of the building, with the "Byzantine Temple" being the special element of their decoration. It serves as a functional separation between the dressing/bathrooms and the main room. The tapestries, the antique mirrors, the comfortable armchairs, the dim lighting and the small niches in the walls create an atmosphere that takes you back to the Byzantine period. Each of the Junior Suites has its own unique character. Some of them are located on the ground floor and feature lush private terraces, while others reveal special elements of the mansion's architectural heritage. In one of the suites, for example, one can admire the perfectly preserved drain of the cistern, where stalactites were created hundreds of years ago: from here the water outflow for the irrigation of the property was controlled (Junior Suite 14). Also, the impressive Ottoman fireplace, perhaps the oldest in the building, is a unique feature of another suite, allowing us to enrich your stay with extra warmth during the coldest winter nights (Junior Suite 32). The Junior Suites not only offer the opportunity for total relaxation, but also a stay in an aesthetically pleasing space. Warm and earthy tones predominate, while our gaze rests on the elegance and nobility of the traditional aesthetic elements, which create an interesting contrast to the lively and busy nature that surrounds us on the estate.

4. The Premium Residence 35-42 m² / Maximum capacity 3 persons
When you open the doors of the Premium Residence, you will feel that we are welcoming you by handing you the keys to your own one-bedroom residence overlooking the mansion's blossoming gardens, Monemvasia Castle and the Aegean Sea. The interiors have been designed with your ultimate comfort and relaxation in mind by incorporating walk-in closets in the floor plans and king-size beds in each of the well-appointed, open-plan living spaces. The Premium Residences feature a spacious terrace that we have designed to ensure absolute peace and privacy. One of them features an outdoor Jacuzzi for unique moments of well-being and relaxation (available upon request and at an additional cost per night). 5. The Kinsterna Suite 35-42 m² / Maximum capacity 3 people
The Kinsterna Suites are spacious, have a separate living area and offer stunning views of the Aegean Sea and the estate's private vineyards, and most have a balcony. The guests' preference for these unique spaces is anything but accidental. Here, the unique architectural "gifts" of the estate's history blend harmoniously with the inspired furnishings, enhancing the unique atmosphere and the suggestive impact of the rooms. In each of the specific suites, a fireplace welcomes us as a central element of the interior, whether old or new, often decorated with the characteristic wavy mantle. In the place where the manor's cannon was located (Kinsterna Suite 39), we find a balcony formed over the ancient "lines" and the must containers, where the grapes were probably pressed and the must was collected. Even the Kinsterna Suite 37, one of the most extraordinary rooms of the manor, exudes the charm of the past: where today the living room invites you to spend relaxing moments, there was supposedly once a kitchen designed by the previous owners of the manor. This view is supported by two very interesting testimonies. The first is none other than the very large fireplace preserved, while the second is a hatch found that probably allowed the hiding or transport of food from the old cellar and mill.

We have taken care to equip the Deluxe Residences with all the necessary amenities to offer a unique experience of authentic hospitality. All of them feature a comfortable bedroom with king-size bed and luxurious marble bathrooms with hand-crafted tiles, a closet with kettle, cutlery and espresso machine in the atmospheric living room with dining area and separate toilet. Most of the Deluxe Residences are located on the ground floor and have a private courtyard surrounded by the blooming gardens of the mansion: this allows our guests to enjoy their own small garden with ornamental plants and flowers that fill the place with colors and scents. Independent and self-contained, these two magnificent pool villas embody our philosophy at its finest. Each villa has two separate levels with spacious terraces and is surrounded by the tranquil atmosphere of the Kinsterna gardens and a shared pool, while the sound of the small stream that rises from the nearby spring completes the setting. The Kinsterna Pool Villas are a wonderful place to relax and unwind, the perfect end to a day spent exploring the nearby castle town and the surrounding area. On cooler evenings or in winter, the fireplace invites you to enjoy unique moments of warmth. The Kinsterna Hotel does not want to impose a predetermined program on the guest, but always gives them the freedom to create their own experiences and moments.
